Colman Coyle is a well-respected London law firm with a busy and growing property team. We’re looking for an experienced residential property solicitor to join us.
The role
You’ll run your own varied caseload covering the full range of residential property work, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages, transfers of equity and re-financing
- New-build and off-plan transactions
- Lease extensions and freehold acquisitions
- Buy-to-let and portfolio matters
- Auctions, unregistered titles and other complex conveyancing
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the firm and deal directly with clients, agents, lenders and other advisers.
About you
- A qualified solicitor with around 5 years’ PQE in residential property
- Able to run a busy caseload on your own from instruction to completion
- Good technical knowledge and sound judgement
- Clear communicator with a strong focus on client care
- Organised, proactive and a good team player
- Willing to actively liaise with local agents and grow a contact base
