Colman Coyle Recognised in The Legal 500 for Property Litigation

Colman Coyle is pleased to have once again been recognised in The Legal 500, with the firm’s Property Litigation team ranked for Property Litigation in London.

The latest rankings highlight the team’s work across leasehold enfranchisement, fire safety defects and landlord and tenant disputes.

The Legal 500 also recognises a number of individual lawyers within the team. Department Head Neil Curbison is highlighted for his work advising property development companies, financial institutions and property management companies on disputes. Anjani Purohit is recognised for her work across rights of way, landlord and tenant disputes and dilapidation claims, while Thomas Coyle is noted for his experience in enfranchisement matters. Matt Champ is also named as a key practitioner within the team.

The Legal 500 rankings are informed by independent research and feedback from clients and other market participants, providing an important reflection of both the technical expertise and service delivered by ranked firms.

This year’s feedback particularly recognises the experience of Neil Curbison and Anjani Purohit across property litigation, dispute resolution, enfranchisement and building safety matters. Another testimonial highlights Colman Coyle’s ability to combine the personal service of a smaller Central London practice with a breadth of capability more commonly associated with larger firms.

Neil Curbison, Head of Property Litigation at Colman Coyle, commented:

“The Property Litigation team here at Colman Coyle are very pleased to have been ranked again in the Legal 500 this year. We are most grateful for all the kind, positive and generous comments received from our clients and referees as part of the Legal 500’s assessment process.”
