Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in Islington. The Litigation Paralegal will support solicitors with case preparation, including drafting and organising legal documents, pleadings and applications. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, reviewing and summarising documents and evidence, managing documents and case files, and maintaining accurate records and timelines. The role also involves liaising with clients, courts and third parties, assisting with trial bundles, and ensuring all documentation complies with firm and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will work closely with fee earners to support efficient case progression across a range of litigation matters.
Qualifications
- Relevant legal qualification. Candidates must have a strong law degree and must have completed the Legal Practice Course or SQE1 and SQE2.
- Prior experience working as a Litigation Paralegal is not necessary but may assist depending on the quality of the experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Proficient in standard office and case management software, with strong organisational and administrative skills.
